Self love and Body positivity

hey everyone! and in that sense, I mean myself and my two other accounts.
It's been a minute, hasn't it? by a minute we mean like 6 months but whatever,
A lot has gone down in those months including:

  • my birthday(yayy)
  • coronavirus traveling the world
  • school shutting down

however, we persevere!
if you're looking for some good news you can look u the show of the same name starring John Krasinski

anyways during this very long hiatus, I underwent a brief 2 weeks in which I disliked my body and my general appearance for a while. did I get over it? yes.
but this brings us to today's topic, body positivity!

now you're probably tired of genuinely obese people posting photos and yelling I love my body, body positivity, etc. however that is not my point.

my point is we should not loathe the bodies we were born in just because of today's highly demanding beauty standards. Nobody has any right to fat-shame anybody. I repeat nobody has the right to fat shame, ANYBODY.
I believe some people's comments come off as fat-shaming even though they originally had no mal intentions.

....Anywho, I think everybody deserves to feel good about the body they're born into and not hated for it, here's a couple tips if you're feeling bad.
  • take a self-care break: grab your favorite beverage, grab a movie, slap on a face mask and treat yourself. you deserve to feel the best whenever you can.
  • go for a run: now I know this may not be for everybody but people have said that it clears your head makes you feel great, plus you can have a nice, long shower afterward.

In other random thoughts, being fat and still, a confident individual is not a personality trait

yeah byeeee
